Mr Andrey Zavarzin studied Applied Mathematics at the FSB Academy of the Russian Federation (1995–1999). He earned a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree at the Russian Research Institute of Information Technologies and Computer Aided Design Systems (2003) and completed postgraduate studies in Organization Management at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics (2005–2007) and in Financial Management at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (2009–2010)

Mr Andrey Zavarzin has served as Deputy CEO, responsible for IT and Ecosystem, since March 2025. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kazteleport JSC since November 2023 and a Member of the Supervisory Board of Halyk Finservice LLP since December 2024

Between June 2023 and January 2024, Mr Zavarzin was Chief Managing Director for IT and Innovation. From January 2024 to December 2024, he served as Deputy CEO, and from January to March 2025, he was Chief Managing Director for Ecosystem and IT
Prior to these roles, he held senior positions in banking and IT, including Director of Digital Services Development at Moscow Bank of Sberbank PJSC, Vice President and Director of the Mass Personalization Division at Sberbank of Russia OJSC, Deputy Chief Director of the BI Center Process at ALFA-BANK OJSC, IT Director of the Information Technology Department at Volga-Dnepr-Moscow LLC, and Advisor at LUKOIL–INFORM CJSC. Mr Zavarzin has over 20 years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives across major banking, logistics, and oil & gas companies
